Nestled in the southwest part of the city (at and around Cascade Heights), the Atlanta Metropolitan Alumni Chapter consists of members from south-central, southeast, southwest, northwest Atlanta, and beyond. With twenty-six (26) high schools in our service area and a host of community partners, we foster relationships steeped in our Albany State University teachings, stewardship, advocacy, and community advancement guided and supported by our Albany State National Alumni Association.

Our mission is simple. We "Reclaim, Recruit, and Represent ASU Alumni in metro Atlanta." We aid ASU recruitment and retention efforts through scholarship, mentorship, and assistance to current and future ASU students. We continuously work with all metro alumni chapters, school districts, state representatives, elected officials, business owners, and faith-based entities to support ALL Georgia Historically Black Colleges and Universities, especially The "Unsinkable" Albany State University.

As an organization, we have stratified chapter meetings (In-person, Zoom, and on location) throughout the year that keep members informed about ASUNAA and ASU affairs, as well as how we can better support their efforts.
